INC-22A (ACTIVE Form) Due Date Extension – Extended to 15th June

Overview :MCA has notified the Notification regarding Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) 2nd Amendment Rules, 2019 on 25th April, whereby the due date has been extended upto 15th June 2019. Here is the text of the notification.

The economic times have reported that the MCA has extended the due date of filing the Active Form, and the revised due date is 15th June 2019

The last to file active form (INC-22A) by all eligible companies is 25th April 2019. [Now extended up to 15th June] Since the stakeholders are facing issues and the servers of the MCA have also started crashing there is a fit case for the extension of the last date of filing the Active Form. Please note that the delay in filing the INC-22A beyond 25 April shall attract an additional fee of Rs. 10,000. For more details please refer Roc Filling Of Company
