To engage in the business of manufacture, buy, sell or act as agents of engineering, contracting and construction, including the design, manufacturing, construction, erection, alteration, repair and installation of plants, buildings, ways, works, systems and mechanical, electrical and electronic machinery, equipment apparatus and devices and to manufacture, sell, buy, deal, in and process any materials and apparatus required for engineering, contracting and construction.
