To resolve this issue, the shareholders authorise any one director or key managerial officer as the applicant, by passing a resolution in the general meeting to this effect. 3. For registering on the website, submit the Adhar number and name of the authorised director. Aadhar Number will be used to generate an OTP on the Adhar-linked mobile number of the director. Submit this OTP to access the MSME Registration application further.

5. Enter and Validate the Company’s PAN. PAN validation will automatically be done from the Income Tax database.

6. Continue further by selecting the ITR filing status of the Company in the previous financial year. Also confirm the availability of GSTIN.

7. Enter the mobile number and email of the authorised director.

9. Next, enter the company’s name, as well as the name and address of its manufacturing plant. The option to add as many plants as the company operates is available.

10. Enter other details like incorporation / registration status of the enterprise, status and date of business commencement, bank details, and the details of the business activity classified as per the NIC Code.

14. Within a week, the MSME Certificate of the Private Limited Company will be issued by the MSME Department.

The MSME Registration Certificate issued in the company’s name can be downloaded from the Udyam Portal itself. For this, the authorised person must follow these steps:
1. Go to the Udyam Portal and Click on the “Print” option. From the dropdown, click on “Print Udyam Certificate”.
